We had the opportunity to partner with Art Integration Studio to facilitate a 5 week Photography Workshop at TreeHouse Foundation teaching an amazing intergenerational community photography basics using their iPhones.
Each week we honed in on a different skill & mindful phrase to bring photography & mindfulness into one practice.
Watching the youth explore their creativity beyond what we envisioned was an amazing experience & and a reminder that we all can learn from those who are younger than us.
Seeing my elders learning the technology in their pockets and implementing the skills, while posing and capturing images beyond the non existent limitations is something that will be carried and remembered through the years. You can learn & explore at any age!
